texas fall

for the first time in what feels like forever, there is a chill in the air. granted, it will be gone by noon. but it feels AMAZING.

we even opened the windows!!!!! THIS, my friends, is a BIG, BIG DEAL!

we went to church last night and the pastor announced that FALL HAS ARRIVED. the temperature had dropped below ninety degrees and so he said it's time to pull out the long sleeved shirts.

it's a whole different fall. the palm trees don't change color...of course, they are also nice and green come february, march and april, so i guess it's one big trade off.

off to dust off my sweaters...i might need them for tonight...there might be a cold front of seventies weather LOL
